Cookbook author Chris Toy will have students preparing a variety of recipes from Asia, Europe and the Americas. You’ll discover the tools, techniques and stories behind each dish!
All meals are included in the workshop fee, as well as specially planned optional evening activities designed to extend your learning from the day’s workshops. Day students are welcome and the event fee of $495 covers workshops and meals. Lodging is available at each location.
